Between Me & You, our time at the Hunkapi Programs Annual Open Your Hearts Gala was fantastic and a night to remember!
Right as the sun was setting on October 21, 2023 in Scottsdale, Arizona, the rest of the city was winding down for the evening. However on the corner of E Cactus Road and N 96th St, the energy was only beginning to rise! Donning their best from the old west, hundreds of folks all around the valley came together and walked through the stables of Hunkapi Programs.
Celebrating their 24th year of serving the community, Hunkapi Programs welcomed everyone through their doors with tours, cocktails, and music (provided by yours truly). You could feel the excitement and joy of what was to come from the night ahead. Throughout the evening, beautiful food was shared, stories of change, hope, and healing facilitated by the resources and love Hunkapi Programs provides was exchanged among the masses, and, to top it all off, the attendees came together to raise thousands of dollars to help support the facility and their herd to continue their mission of supporting the community through the power of equine therapy. The after party consisted of lots of music and dancing in celebration of this beautiful evening.

Overall, I am so grateful we got to be a part of this wonderful night! It is our third year supporting Hunkapi Programs at this Gala. I love to see people coming together to show love to an organization that is doing so much good for the people.
